What happens if my kitchen is flooded?

South Laguna California Home is Flooded

This home was flooded because of rain had collected in their backyard and came through the sliding doors. It was devastating to see the damage to the beautiful wood floors they had.

Flood Cleaning Procedures

1. Remove any materials that are porous. Drywall, wood floors, and cabinets needed to be torn out of the home.
2. Disinfect all of the wet areas with and EPA registered product.
3. Use drying equipment to remove any excess water from building materials.
4. Replace and rebuild the damaged area.

The homeowners were grateful for their kitchen back after the devastating flood, and it looked beautiful.
