When the storm caused the power to go out it caused the fridge to thaw out. The smell from the rotting food filled the restaurant and it needed to be cleaned. The first step in cleaning a failed fridge is to remove the spoiled food. Next, we use air filtration devices to clean the air. The fridge is then disinfected of any bacteria. The rest of the building is also disinfected and deodorized.
