Sometimes the water problem you have cannot be seen. Storms cause water damage to areas where they may be a roof problem. The shingles above the garage are missing and the water is leaking through. The homeowners suspected damage but were unsure. They called their agent which referred them to SERVPRO of Laguna Beach / Dana Point for an estimate on the damage.

We found the water using a thermal camera. There was wetness in the ceiling of the garage because of the missing shingles. Our technicians worked hared to take care of the problem for the homeowners.
